THE GTA WEDDING VIRTUAL EXPO TERMS OF SERVICE
Your registration will permit you to have live access to the GTA Wedding Virtual Expo. Exhibiting vendors will be going “live” inside GTA Wedding Marketplace in accordance to chosen day of presentation and time slot. There are no virtual booth holds. Booth space is available on a first come, first served basis.
· NO virtual booth sharing permitted! Only ONE business is permitted to exhibit per time slot unless previously approved by show management. Any live exhibits breaking this term will risk having their live removed from the feed immediately.
· Exhibition Time Limit: Exhibiting vendor lives will be no less than 3 minutes and no more than 6 minutes.
· Non Refundable: Virtual booths and time slots are on a first come, first served basis. Booth will not be secured unless payment has been received. All payments are non-refundable. If for any reason management determines that the dates and times of the show should be changed or postponed, no refund will be made to the exhibitor.
· Time Slot Exchange: If you have secured a time slot and date and would like to swap with another exhibitor for their slot, you must ask show management for permission as this may disrupt the organization of vendor categories. We will try to accommodate but there are no guarantees.
· Contests: Competitions and promotions conducted by exhibitors in conjunction with their virtual displays shall be clear in nature and free of any obligation to the winner. The award or awards, and the terms must be clearly stated. Awards, which are conditional upon the placing of an order, are not permissible.
· For vendors outside our vetted directory that wish to exhibit: For member protection, we try our best to vet all participant vendors. Show management will not guarantee you a spot in the show. Please submit all business links to be considered. If your application is approved, you will receive temporary access to GTA Wedding Marketplace on the day of your presentation. Once your presentation concludes, your access to this community will be removed however your live will remain and will be pinned into the group topics so members can continue to view your demo at their leisure.
· Professional Conduct: All virtual displays and promotional must be in good taste. The products and services must be presented in a professional manner. No overly aggressive carnival styled tactics or sideshow type come-ons will be permitted. Free virtual samples may be distributed as well as discount codes.
· Use of Third Party Platform: You understand and agree that the Company makes use of a third-party platform to deliver GTA Wedding Marketplace Inc to you. Third-party platforms have their own terms and conditions and privacy policy that govern your use of their services. When you use GTA Wedding Marketplace Inc Services on such third-party platforms (such as when you join our Facebook group to promote your products or services) you also agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and privacy policies of such third-party platforms. You acknowledge and agree that these third-party platforms may change their terms and conditions, discontinue or modify their services at any time without providing any notice to you or to the administrators of GTA Wedding Marketplace Inc and show management. You agree that any changes in third-party platform terms and condition or services may impact/restrict our ability to deliver certain GTA Wedding Marketplace Inc to you. Your decision to use GTA Wedding Marketplace Inc on these third-party platforms is entirely at your OWN RISK. You understand that GTA Wedding Marketplace’s use of third-party platform does not constitute an endorsement or assumption of liability for such third-party platform’s conduct and you hereby release the Company from any and all claims, actions and liability arising from or associated with your use of such third-party platform.
