About Us
Rhea’s Events provides wedding planning and coordination services for couples in the GTA and the surrounding areas. We are passionate about event planning, and enjoy working closely with couples in the lead up to their wedding day. We ensure that all the little details are taken care of and aim to make the planning process as stress free as possible for couples. Our services are customized to fit your needs and budget, and ensure that all your plans are perfectly executed on the day of!
Our Services
Our main specialty is day-of and month-of wedding coordination with a great package that includes the following services:
· Meeting with you at least two times prior to your wedding day
· Assistance with the creation of a detailed timeline for your wedding day
· Communication with vendors in the weeks leading up to your wedding
· Onsite coordination of the wedding rehearsal
· Assisting with set up at the ceremony and reception (as needed)
· Serving as the point of contact for your wedding day vendors
· Onsite coordination of the ceremony and reception
· Unlimited communication in the lead up to your wedding day
A bit about me
My name is Rhea, and I am the lead planner at Rhea’s Events. I have been coordinating weddings, since my own wedding 5 years ago, where I discovered my passion for event planning. I love meeting new people and being a part of their special day. Apart from events, I enjoy hiking and escaping into nature, travelling to new places, eating my way through different kinds of restaurants and trying new fitness-related activities.
